Welcome to Plumbing Objects (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of plumbingobjects.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Plumbing Objects sells plumbing products and accessories for commercial kitchens, bathrooms, bars and utility spaces, including sink strainers, drains, fittings and related items.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering or creating an account.
  • You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy or scrape content in bulk without our written permission.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products and Product Information

  • We make every effort to show product details, dimensions, finishes and images accurately. Colors and finishes may look slightly different on different screens, and minor manufacturing variations are normal.
  • Dimensions, sizes and compatibility notes are provided as a guide. Please measure your sink, countertop, drain opening or existing plumbing and confirm compatibility before ordering.
  • Product specifications, packaging and availability may change without notice.
  • Products are intended for use as described. Installation should be carried out by a qualified plumber or installer in line with applicable local plumbing codes and regulations. You are responsible for confirming that a product meets the requirements of your location and application.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice.
  • Prices do not include shipping, handling or applicable sales tax unless stated. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
  • If a price or product description is listed incorrectly, we may correct the error and cancel or reconfirm any affected order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm it.
  • We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including for stock issues, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or incomplete information.
  • Bulk, trade and project orders may be subject to separate quotations or terms agreed in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays can occur because of carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our control, and we are not liable for such delays.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the order. Please inspect your package on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

  • Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened or uninstalled, in original condition and original packaging.
  • How to return: Contact us at support@barobjects.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Non-returnable items: Products that have been installed, used or modified; custom, special-order or made-to-order items; clearance or final-sale items; and items damaged after delivery through misuse.
  • Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are paid by you. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns of non-defective items.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Defective, damaged or incorrect items: Contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Warranty

  • Products are covered by any manufacturer warranty that applies to them. Where a warranty applies, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, harsh or abrasive chemicals, lack of normal maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos or a description of the issue.
  • Except for any warranties that cannot be excluded by law, products are otherwise provided “as is”.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions and design, belongs to Plumbing Objects or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party brand and product names are the property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumbing Objects and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of use, water damage, property damage or installation costs, arising from your use of the Site or the products, including damage resulting from incorrect selection, improper installation or use. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plumbing Objects from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any formal action, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.
